Based on the book recently published by Maria do Carmo Piçarra, Vento Leste - Luso-orientalismo(s) nos Filmes da Ditadura, the festival presents a series of Portuguese cinema titles (from silent to the New Cinema generation) in new digital copies produced by the Cinemateca Portuguesa as part of the FILMar project and the RRP. In addition to the film screenings, there will also be a presentation of the aforementioned book by Carmo Piçarra, with the presence of the author, as well as a training for teachers and educators.
