Vai~e~Vem program, dedicated to works of young filmmakers original from the North of Portugal, announces three more sessions for the months of July and August. The next session will take place on the 12th of July, at 10 pm, at Passos Manuel, with the exhibition of Nosh-up by Mafalda Salgueiro and Alentejo, Alentejo by Sérgio Tréfaut. On the 19th of July, the session will screen That's How it Was by Joana Nogueira and Patrícia Rodrigues and The Mother and The Sea by Gonçalo Tocha. The last session, to take place on August 31, will feature Terceiro Turno by Mário Macedo and Cama de Gato by Filipa Reis and João Miller Guerra. All sessions are attended by the directors.
Through these Cartes Blanches, we will draw an attempt to discover the creative context and cultural references that define the new generation of artists, opening up the programming gesture to others and letting us be contaminated by the eyes of those who make it - thus bringing a point of view that is related to different forms of affiliation, profoundly subjective and libidinal.
