After the festival is over, Porto/Post/Doc's association comes back with the regular cinema cycle Há Filmes na Baixa! taking place at Cinema Passos Manuel, at 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., during December.
The cycle, which will be devoted to Portuguese cinema, begins with the screening of "Technoboss", directed by João Nicolau, on December 17, at 7:00 p.m.. The film, starring Miguel Lobo Antunes, recently won the Grand Jury Prize at the Seville International Film Festival. On the same day, Pedro Filipe Marques' "Viveiro" will be screened at 10:00 p.m..
On the 20th, Renata Sancho's "Avenida Almirante Reis Em Três Andamentos" will be screened at 10:00 p.m., and the following day, December 21, we will join Short Film Agency in the celebrations of O Dia Mais Curto with a selection of short films to be screened also at 10:00 p.m..
The sessions return shortly after Christmas, on the 26th, for the screening of Miguel de Jesus's "Cerro Dos Pios" at 7:00 p.m. and Tiago Siopa's "Fantasmas: Caminho Longo Para Casa" at 10:00 p.m..
General tickets cost 5 euros per session. Tickets for students cost only 2 euros.
