School Trip is the name of Porto/Post/Doc’s educational project and acts on different pedagogical fronts, from film sessions and activities during the days of the festival, to continuous actions throughout the year.

A rock band, consisting of six boys with special needs, invites a film crew to document their first - and last - live performance. Guided by their teachers, the boys have found in music a sonic universe full of synthetic bird whistles and surreal dream lyrics.

Suddenly, at the age of seven, a boy who was born blind sees a light. A medical examination reveals that his eyes are so dense that it takes seven years for the light to reach the retina and, consequently, for the image to reach his consciousness.
