We, the Revolution is the title of a thematic programme dedicated to the work of Hungarian filmmakers Márta Mészáros and Miklós Jancsó. The festival has selected six films that dive into a body of work that has withstood time, and which, seen at the present moment, appears even more relevant. These six films are united by the idea of ​​revolution, serving as a counterpoint to a certain conservatism reigning in contemporary European culture, and foreshadowing the retreat symbolised by the political events that have meanwhile erupted in the centre of Europe.
