Chico Fininho is a portrait of a specific urban youth culture whose only participation in society was the slogan "sex, drugs and rock'n'roll". Sério Fernandes accompanies the wandering experiences of a gang of small marginals who are interested in a music scene that was then emerging (Taxi, UHF, Quico, Cosmetics, Tantra, Pizo Lizo, Salada de Frutas and Rui Veloso, with the music of the same name) disinterest and nonconformity with a certain social and political order that has settled in Portugal in the post-revolution.
