All about the right to love program starts on the 13th of July and runs until the first of September. This summer film program compiles nine stories whose common root is the way love marks and inspires human life. Multiple approaches, equally challenging and representative of a period of more than half a century, marked by visceral changes in the way people live and express their affections. From Pasolini with the 1964 documentary about the need to relate to others, to love and be loved, to Cronenberg’s futuristic Crash. Also screening, Flee, a story of forced emigration and forbidden love, and A Cidade Branca, the meeting between Bruno Ganz and Teresa Madruga, in a film where Lisbon is one of the main characters.
