About

23 - 26 Nov

In 2026, Porto/Post/Doc strengthens Porto Industry Days as its professional platform dedicated to the development, co-production, circulation and internationalisation of film and audiovisual projects. Over four days, the programme brings together filmmakers, producers, programmers, sales agents, distributors, platforms, funds, consultants and other industry professionals, creating a working context focused on concrete encounters, close support and new opportunities for collaboration.

Based in Porto, the programme positions itself as a focused platform with international ambition. Its aim is not only to present projects, but to create the conditions for them to find the partners, interlocutors and strategies needed for their development, financing, completion and circulation. The structure of the activities follows different stages of the audiovisual value chain, from writing and development to co-production, from post-production to professional exposure, from supported creation to critical reflection on new formats.

In 2026, the programme is organised around five main activities. Industry Screenings present work-in-progress or rough cut projects to invited professionals, supporting premiere strategies, sales, distribution and international circulation. The Co-Production Meetings promote new alliances between production companies, funds, distributors, platforms and international partners for projects in development or pre-production. The Arché Porto Writing and Development Lab offers time, guidance and critical discussion to projects in development. The Working Class Heroes Grant supports the creation of a new film work about Porto, its communities and social transformations. Series Production proposes a space for reflection, training and debate on the writing, creation and production of contemporary series.

Presentations, private screenings, masterclasses, labs, talks and one-to-one meetings form a programme designed to foster qualified professional relationships. Porto Industry Days privileges a close and curated scale: less dispersion, greater attention to projects and better conditions for each participant to meet relevant interlocutors for their professional path.

The 2026 industry activities line-up includes:

• Industry Screenings
• Co-Production Meetings
