A film crew crosses Porto in search of Chico Fininho, the figure made famous by Rui Veloso’s song, finally finding him in a Boavista nightclub. From there, Sério Fernandes follows him and a group of young outsiders through music, nightlife and everyday life. In early 1980s Porto, the film captures an irreverent youth culture disaffected with the social order of post-revolutionary Portugal.
