Isaura is a young Roma woman who earns a living selling jewellery and presents herself as a healer. When a customer asks her to remove the evil eye, she improvises a ritual whose success depends on the willingness to believe. What begins as a deception becomes a series of increasingly elaborate cures that Isaura turns into a source of income. Between prejudice, performance and survival, the film questions the power of belief.
