The dancer Sonja Vukićević moves through modernist spaces, her body becoming an archive of the last great collective performance in Yugoslavia. Her gestures echo rhythms of the past and realities of the present, intertwining with the diary of a 1988 teenager to reveal the transition from socialist collectivism to emerging individualism, as a new collective national body begins to shape the country’s future.
