LABCeuta is a cinema laboratory that proposes to develop complementary activities around Cinema Novo competition, where the main motto is a reflection around cinema as a means of artistic expression and exploration of realities. The activities take place at the emblematic Café Ceuta, a historical meeting point for the artistic and cinephile community of Porto.
