"One person can make a million photos in a minute": This outburst of Robert Frank to his friend Albano is one of those certainties that we are all aware of. But it is also a sad outburst between Frank and the director who — in a very close and spontaneous record — are gradually revealing mutual experiences. The work of Frank is not the focus of the narrative; instead, it is about the man, the artist, the person. Albano Silva Pereira shows us, in this intimate film, Frank's habitat, including photographs, books and contact sheets; we could almost say that we are spying behind the door. But the director leaves it ajar for us to see more. And life goes on. (André Puertas Oliveira)
