“Ku Handza”, a Changana expression meaning a chicken scavenging for food, also serves as a metaphor for daily survival in Mozambique. The film follows Benjamin, Eulália and Filimone - three lives shaped by hardship, war and hope. Their stories never intersect, yet together they reveal a resilient country where the struggle for dignity is the most human act of all.
