As of the fourth edition of Porto/Post/Doc, which will take place from November 28 to December 3, the festival begins a partnership with Eventival, a web-based logistics management software. This partnership, which will extend over the next few years, will allow Porto/Post/Doc to approach the best practices of organizing a film festival. With Eventival, the festival will be prepared for planning, production and logistics as well as daily work with film, personal and event data.

Eventival works with over 100 film and music festivals, including several of the best international festivals: FID Marseille, Visions du Réel, DocsBarcelona, Mar del Plata, CPH:DOX, DokuFest, Ji.hlava, IndieLisboa and Doclisboa.

Designated as the "Swiss Knife" of the festivals, Eventival is also present this year at the Cannes Film Festival to present its solution.
